Dr. Mark Young, a meditation practitioner for over 40 years, and Professor Emeritus of Counseling Education at UCF, will discuss the extraordinary benefits of meditation and its ability to reduce stress, build concentration, enhance clarity of thought, and improve mental health. Participants will learn a simple, but profound meditation technique to help enrich their life personally, professionally, and spiritually.
