Dr. Mark Young, Professor Emeritus of Counseling Education at UCF, and a meditation practitioner for over 50 years, will discuss the extraordinary benefits of meditation and its ability to calm the mind, strengthen mindfulness, tune into your consciousness, decrease stress, and increase your wellbeing. Participants will learn a simple, but profound meditation technique that can enhance inner peace and make you happier.
