Dr. Mark Young, Professor Emeritus of Counseling Education at UCF, and a meditation practitioner for over 40 years, will discuss the extraordinary benefits of meditation and its ability to reduce stress related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. Participants will learn a simple, but profound meditation technique to help enrich their life personally, professionally, and spiritually.
